Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to order online & pick up your purchase from the Sweet & Petit store. 

We will send you a 'Ready For Collection' email when your order is ready!

Steps For Contactless, Click & Collect:

• Shop Online

• Select Click & Collect At Checkout

• Process Your Payment

• Allow a minimum of 24 hours for your order to be processed.

• We will either TXT or EMAIL you when your order is ready to collect.

• Call or TXT us back to let us know when you are on your way and we will gladly have your order ready & waiting for you on our secured premises with available parking and easy access !

Frequently Asked Questions: 

1. Is there a minimum spend for click & Collect orders? 

No There is not.

2. Is there a limit of how many items I can purchase? 

You can purchase upto a maximum of 50 items per click & Collect order.

3. How will I know when my order is ready to be collected ? 

You will recieve an email to the address associated with your account when your order is ready to be picked up.

Please allow at least 24 hours for your order to be processed and finalised. 

4. Is there an additional fee? 

There is no collection fee for click & Collect orders. 

5. Can I modify my order? 

Due to the fast nature of our Click & Collect service, you can NOT modify or cancel a Click & Collect order at any time after placing the order. 

If you do, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. I've collected my order, however the product was incorrect or faulty. Can I return or exchange my item(s)? 

Yes absolutely. If the item is incorrect or faulty, we’ll happily investigate this for you and an outcome will be determined based on our Refund and Exchange policy.

7. How long will my order be kept for?

Uncollected orders will be cancelled and refunded after 14 days.

Click & Collect orders will be kept for 14 days from the day that you placed your order.

After 14 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Please allow sufficient time (3 to 5 days at a minimum) for the refund to appear in your account.
